Adopt an accent for an entire day
I am fond of Australian, Irish and English.

I have to do this on a day in which I do not work...and those days are sometimes hard to come by, so I may have to do it on vacation.

That sounds HILARIOUS!

I love listening to different accents. I have a thing for Scotsmen, myself.

You've gotta post and say whether you were able to get away with it when you went somewhere nobody knew you.

Then freak 'em out and go back the next week with a new accent. LOL

Kezia616 wrote: Jan 13, 2009
ooh good luck.
i developed an irish accent once, and went around with it for quite some time.
i grew quite fond of it, so when it eventually passed i found missed it.
i hope you dont have the same thing with yours.

If it were me, I'd pick trees with edible fruit that could naturalize to my climate. I'd try to create a forest where you'd be wandering through and suddenly find your lunch hanging there ready to be picked! I would plant as many different varieties as possible. Then I'd be able to talk about my "Granny Smith" birthday, my "hickory nut" birthday, etc.
